Refund policy

At HalaPOD Store, every item is custom-made just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read carefully before purchasing.


1. Quick Summary

  • Defective/Damaged/Wrong Items: 100% Refund or Free Replacement.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size Chosen: Not Accepted (All sales are final).
  • Return Window (for defects): 30 days from delivery.

2. Cancellation & Modification

Timeframe: Within 7 Hours of placing the order.

Since our products are printed on demand, we can only accept changes (address, size, design) or cancellations within 7 hours of purchase. After this window, the order goes into production and cannot be modified or canceled.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

3.1. Issues We Cover (Shop's Fault)

We guarantee a Free Replacement or Full Refund if you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged or defective (torn, dirty, printed incorrectly).
  • Different from the description or customization you selected.
  • Incorrect size/color sent by us (e.g., You ordered L, we sent XL).

Solution: You do NOT need to return the item. Simply send us a photo of the defect/error to support@halapodstore.com, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

3.2. Issues We Do NOT Cover (Customer's Remorse)

Because every product is custom-printed specifically for you, we generally do NOT accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Wrong Size/Color Chosen: Please review our Size Chart carefully before ordering. We cannot accept responsibility if the wrong size is ordered.
  • Change of Mind: You simply decided you no longer want the item.
  • Incorrect Address: The order was shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

*Exception: If you have a specific issue, please reach out to our support team. We review requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.


4. How to Report an Issue

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps within 30 days of delivery:

  • Step 1: Email us at support@halapodstore.com.
  • Step 2: Include your Order Number and a clear Photo of the item showing the defect or the size tag (if we sent the wrong size).
  • Step 3: We will review your case within 24 hours and process a replacement or refund immediately if the error is verified.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • We will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card/PayPal) within 2-3 business days.
  • It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the funds to your account.
