Shipping policy

At HalaPOD Store, every item is custom-made just for you. We do not hold inventory, which ensures that you receive a brand-new item handcrafted to your specific order details.

1. Estimated Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

You can expect to receive your package within approximately 10 – 25 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on your location and the product type.

Processing & Production Time

Order Modification Window: After payment, your order stays in a pending queue for 7 hours. During this time, you can request changes (size, color, address) or cancellation. Once this window closes, production begins and no changes can be made.

Estimated production timelines:

  • Standard Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies): 3 – 5 business days.
  • All-Over Print & Hawaiian Shirts: 5 – 7 business days.
  • Canvas & Posters: 5 – 7 business days.

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready and quality-checked, it is handed over to the carrier.

  • United States: 7 – 15 business days.
  • International: 10 – 20 business days.

Note: In rare cases (holidays, customs clearance, or extreme weather), delivery may take up to 25-30 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping fee at the checkout step before payment.

🇺🇸 United States (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: Starts from $6.99.
  • The final rate depends on the total weight of your order.

🌎 International (Worldwide)

  • Standard Shipping: Starts from $10.99.
  • The final rate depends on the total weight of your order.

*Tracking updates may be limited in some countries once the package is handed over to the local postal service.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

To optimize shipping speed, we may split your order into multiple packages if items are produced in different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

4. Re-Shipment Policy

We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we can re-ship it to you upon request.

Re-shipping fees (Applied per item):

  • Domestic (USA): $6.99 per item.
  • International: $9.99 per item.

5. Taxes and Duties

HalaPOD Store does not collect international taxes or import duties at checkout. Customers are responsible for any VAT, customs fees, or other applicable charges determined by their country's customs office.
